Originally from Virginia, Stephen has called Tampa home since 1999. He graduated with honors from the University of Virginia, earning a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. His professional journey began as IT Consultant with Accenture and later as Vice President of Operations for Trinsic Communications, a role that brought him to Tampa.
